  • Strong 4G/5G core network call flows knowledge
  • SME for a one or multiple nodes
  • Focused on MOP creation and issue resolution
  • 100% dedicated to a single customer
  • Works of a clear SOW -with clear exclusions.
  • Embedded in the customer daily operations and knows in detail the solution customization for the customer he/she is supporting.
  • Customer Lab support role; troubleshooting support; technical point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Documentation of Root Cause Analysis of outages and issues, creation and execution of Method of Procedures (MOPs) upgrades and system updates.
