Essential Job Duties
  • Create and execute a winning strategy to grow revenue, boost profitability, and deliver outstanding customer experiences
  • Spot the trends-conduct in-depth market research to uncover new opportunities, industries, and customer needs
  • Get in the room-schedule and lead meetings with prospective clients to showcase our solutions and understand their goals
  • Track and analyze sales, revenue, invoices, and key performance metrics to continuously improve
  • Cultivate and nurture a robust sales pipeline aligned with company targets and objectives, ensuring a steady flow of opportunities
  • Provide prompt and reliable feedback, as well as exceptional after-sales support, to foster long-term relationships with clients

Requirements
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of third party logistics (3PL) sales and operations experience
  • Transferrable book of business - direct relationships with shippers
  • Experience managing multiple customers simultaneously
  • Strong customer sales ability and ability to multi-task operational tasks
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in MS Office, emphasis in Excel
  • Strong typing skills
  • Strong data analysis skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Ability to efficiently pivot from one task to another throughout the day
  • Team player with ability to influence execution
  • Eager to learn and open to different methods of execution
  • Excellent communication skills
