About Us

We are building a high-end experiential design studio for luxury residential projects. Our mission is to create a world-class design presentation experience that integrates architecture, landscape architecture, and interior design into one seamless visual story.

We are hiring a 3D Visualization & Experiential Technology Specialist to help us build and continuously improve the visual products, presentation systems, and workflows that power that experience.

This role is for someone who can take:

  • site inventory data

  • drone and LiDAR inputs

  • photos and point clouds

  • design information from multiple trades

  • conceptual direction from leadership

and turn those inputs into compelling, polished visual outputs such as:

  • AI concept imagery

  • 3D models

  • flythrough videos

  • photorealistic renderings

  • cinematic presentation sequences

  • integrated design presentations

This is not a narrow production role. We want a collaborative partner who can help shape the workflow as well as execute the work.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
  • Collaborate directly with Matt Hudson to develop and refine immersive design presentation workflows

  • Translate site inventory data and design inputs from architecture, landscape architecture, and interior design into strong visual outputs

  • Produce a range of deliverables such as:

    • AI-generated concept images

    • rendered stills

    • animation and flythroughs

    • integrated 3D models

    • presentation boards and sequences

    • cinematic final design presentations

  • Help establish the visual standard for the studio

  • Recommend tools, workflows, and process improvements that increase both speed and quality

  • Support the development of an integrated pipeline from:

    • site capture

    • concept generation

    • 3D modeling

    • presentation output

  • Stay current with visualization, rendering, AI, animation, and presentation technology

  • Help us create presentation content that feels elevated, emotionally compelling, and clear to clients

  • Strong portfolio showing high-end 3D visualization work

  • Experience in several of the following:

    • architectural visualization

    • landscape visualization

    • interior visualization

    • animation / cinematic presentation

    • real-time rendering

    • AI-assisted concept generation

  • Ability to work from mixed and imperfect source material, including:

    • photos

    • drone imagery

    • LiDAR / point clouds

    • CAD files

    • sketches

    • concept references

  • Strong visual judgment in composition, lighting, materiality, and storytelling

  • Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate in an iterative process

  • Ability to move quickly while maintaining high quality

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with tools such as:

  • Experience integrating architecture, interiors, and landscape into one unified presentation

  • Experience with luxury residential or hospitality visualization

  • Local availability in the West Palm Beach area for occasional in-person collaboration

Contract Structure
  • Initial 90-day contract role

  • Opportunity to convert to full-time after 90 days if both parties agree it is the right fit
