Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Project Designer / Architectural Visualization Artist to join the Envision Group Space Transformation & Innovation team. This role focuses on creating immersive, visually compelling foodservice and hospitality environments, utilizing high-end 3D renderings, architectural visualizations, and digital storytelling to bring design concepts to life.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural visualization, 3D modeling, Graphic Design, rendering, and spatial design, with expertise in software such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, Enscape, Twinmotion, and Unreal Engine. You will work closely with our design team, architects, and clients to develop high-quality visuals that effectively communicate design intent and enhance decision-making.

Responsibilities:

  • Architectural Visualization & Rendering: Develop high-quality 3D renderings, photorealistic visualizations, and animations for foodservice, hospitality, and experiential design projects.
  • Concept Development: Translate design ideas into immersive visuals, working from sketches, CAD drawings, and material palettes to create compelling digital representations.
  • 3D Modeling & Environments: Create detailed models of interiors, exteriors, and custom furniture/fixtures, integrating lighting, textures, and materials for hyper-realistic results.
  • Virtual & Augmented Reality Integration: Utilize VR/AR tools to enhance client presentations and design reviews, allowing for interactive exploration of spaces.
  • Design Collaboration: Work closely with architects, interior designers, and graphic designers to refine concepts and ensure visual consistency across projects.
  • Presentation & Storytelling: Develop client-facing presentations, using visualization techniques that convey the narrative of each space effectively.
  • Technical Documentation: Support design documentation by producing illustrative renderings, exploded views, and axonometric diagrams for project proposals.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in architectural visualization, digital rendering, and environmental design.
  • Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of 3ds Max, V-Ray, Enscape, Twinmotion, Unreal Engine, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite. Experience with Grasshopper/Rhino is a plus.
  • Industry Experience: Strong background in hospitality, restaurant, foodservice, or experiential retail design preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to create high-fidelity renderings with detailed materials, lighting, and environmental effects. Experience with real-time rendering and parametric design is a bonus.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Strong ability to convey complex design ideas visually and verbally, working seamlessly with design teams and clients.
  • Travel: Ability to travel 20-30% to support design presentations and site visits.team and contribute to the creation of inspiring and transformative spaces that are on brand, on budget, and delivered on time.
