THE JOB
The 3D Visualization Concept Artist is a key creative contributor within the Concept Studio, responsible for producing and shaping the studio's 3D visual output across immersive hospitality and entertainment environments - from early ideation through concept development and final presentation materials.
We are looking for a proactive and highly engaged creative team member who contributes ideas, collaborates closely within the studio, and plays a central role in translating conceptual thinking into compelling visual narratives and high-quality 3D spatial renderings.
The ideal candidate is a strong spatial thinker and highly skilled 3D artist with expertise in spatial visualization for branded interiors, hospitality design, and entertainment venues. This individual must be capable of translating narrative, mood, brand identity, and operational goals into emotionally resonant visual concepts and experiential environments.
The 3D Visualization Concept Artist will work closely with the Head of Concept Studio, Concept Directors, and internal Blueprint Studio collaborators to support the full concept process - from blue-sky ideation and storytelling through concept development, visualization production, and presentation delivery. This role serves as a primary visualization resource for the Concept Studio and is instrumental in bringing creative concepts to life through impactful 3D imagery.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Creative Concept Development
  • Participate actively in the creation and evolution of venue concepts for both new and existing entertainment and hospitality spaces from scalable concepts to bespoke ones.
  • Help translate brand identity, storytelling, business opportunities and operational needs into immersive 3D spatial experiences.
  • Contribute to foundational creative thinking.
  • Develop compelling 3D concepts and renderings that accurately communicate design intent.

Spatial & Experiential Design
  • Materialize concepts into thoughtful interior environments with a strong understanding of atmosphere, lighting and moods, scale, materiality, and guest experience (fand and artists).
  • Support the design and visualization of branded environments, including hospitality spaces, clubs, lounges, VIP environments, food & beverage concepts, and large entertainment venues.
  • Ensure that FF&E, materials, signage, lighting, and architectural details align cohesively with the overall concept direction.

Studio Collaboration & Ownership
  • Operate as an engaged and accountable member of the Concept Studio team, taking initiative and managing assigned workstreams proactively.
  • Collaborate fluidly with Blueprint internal design teams and design consultants.
  • Participate actively in creative reviews, brainstorming sessions, and collaborative design development.
  • Help maintain consistency and quality across multiple concept projects.
  • Contribute positively to studio culture through collaboration, curiosity, flexibility, and accountability.
  • Push 3D visualization excellence and initiate new tools and ways of working within the studio to maximize efficiency.

Visualization & Technical Skills
  • Produce high-quality renderings, presentations, and visual assets.
  • Integrate AI tools and emerging visualization technologies into the daily creative process as a natural part of concept development, ideation, and production workflows.
  • Build and manage 3D models for concept studies and presentations.
  • Understand how to adapt the level of detail and refinement of visual outputs depending on the stage of the creative process, with the ability to produce fast iterative visuals and concept studies for internal studio dialogue before advancing toward highly refined renderings and presentation-level imagery.
  • Work efficiently within project schedules and evolving priorities.

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
Experience & Background
  • 7-12 years of experience in 3D visualization, experiential design, hospitality design, branded environments, entertainment design, interior architecture, or concept development.
  • Undergraduate or Post Graduate Degree in Design or Architecture preferred
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating concept-driven and realistic environments, visual sophistication, and a refined sense of atmosphere and materiality.
  • Experience working on 3D visualization of hospitality, nightlife, entertainment, retail, or branded interior projects.
  • Experience collaborating within a design studio and with cross functional teams preferred.
  • Understanding of both conceptual creativity and real-world implementation constraints.

Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and strong post-production skills.
  • Strong 3D modeling and visualization skills using tools such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, Rhino, Revit, Autocad, or similar.
  • Strong rendering and AI visualization capabilities.
  • Ability to communicate ideas clearly through 3D imagery and presentations.

Mindset & Approach
  • Proactive, self-motivated, organized, and accountable, with the ability to manage her/his/their own scope and priorities, timelines, and deliverables independently across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Collaborative, curious, and engaged in an iterative creative process, with a strong appreciation for dialogue, feedback, and collective problem-solving through design.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced creative studio environment with shifting priorities and quick-turn deliverables.
  • Strong ability to communicate creative ideas, spatial concepts, and experiential narratives through visual, verbal, and written presentation.
  • Able to balance blue-sky creativity with practical project realities, operational considerations, and production timelines.
  • Passionate about storytelling through space and creating emotionally resonant fans/artists experiences.
  • Takes pride in the craft, quality, and visual impact of the work produced, with a strong sense of ownership over both process and final output.

IDEAL PROFILE
We are looking for someone who wants to help shape meaningful, emotionally resonant environments and contribute actively to the creative evolution of the Concept Studio and Blueprint Studio.
The right candidate is curious, engaged, has a great eye, culturally aware, collaborative, and invested in building meaningful and thoughtful spatial experiences as part of a creative team.
This person must demonstrate strong mastery of 3D modeling, rendering, and post-production workflows, with the ability to produce compelling visual storytelling assets that communicate atmosphere, materiality, and experiential intent at a high level.
