ALO Architecture + Design is looking forย an Architecture and Designย 3D Visualizationย Associateย to work with us on exciting new retail projects.ย ย ALO is home to a talented, close-knit team of design professionals that are passionate about producing excellent design, and we are seeking motivated architects and designers who are excited to grow with us!ย 

As aย 3D Visualizationย Associate atย ALO, you willย assistย the Architecture and Store Designย Teamย onย 3D modeling andย developing retail store designs.ย ย ALO is growingย fastย and we are looking for an individual with an elevated aesthetic,ย excellent at what they do andย who can thrive in aย fast pacedenvironment.ย ย 

Job Requirements:ย 

  • Work with the Architecture and Design Project Managers to planย and build 3Dย models for new store designs.ย ย 
  • Update andย maintainย 3D modelsย and 3D standards library.ย ย 
  • Prepareย 3D models andย renderingย softwareย forย creation of 3D content for store designs.ย ย 
  • Assistย in the development of schematic designs.ย 
  • Set up andย maintainย 3D conย presentation sheets for internal and external review.ย 
  • Regularly review the deliverables for accuracy and thoroughness.ย 
  • Ensure renderings meet brand standards and incorporateย all visual components.ย ย 
  • Assistย the team in ensuring theย timelyย execution of assigned projects.ย 

Qualifications & Requirementsย 

  • Must have a Bachelorย or Masters's Degree inย Architecture,ย Interiorย Architecture,ย Designย or related field.ย ย 
  • 2-4ย min.ย years ofย architecture/design experience, ideally in the retail fieldย 
  • Proficiencyย inย Autocad, Sketchup and Adobe Creative Suite, AI Visualization toolsย 
  • Excellent attention to detailย ย 
  • Strong communicationย (both verbal and written)ย 
  • Able to adapt to changing prioritiesย 
  • Strong relationship management skillsย 
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsย ย 
  • Strong production, technical and research skillsย 
  • Ability to prioritizeย in order toย meet deadlinesย ย 
  • Knowledgeย of constructionย ย 
  • Passionate, self-starting, intelligent, dedicated, efficientย 
  • Enjoys both taking responsibility and team collaborationย 
  • Passion for both the big picture design ideas and the detailsย 
  • Sustainable building practice experience preferred, LEED AP is favorableย 

The base salary range for this position is $85,000-$110,000 per year which represents the current range for the base salary for this exempt position. Please note that actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. As such, on occasion and when applicable, there is the possibility that the final, agreed-upon base salary may be outside of the upper end of the range. Please also note the range listed is just one component of the company's total rewards package for exempt employees. Other rewards may include performance bonuses, long term incentives, a PTO policy, and many other progressive benefits.
