Overview

Abile Group has an exciting and challenging opportunity for a PSOC Systems Administrator supporting an Intelligence Community Customer. 

The right candidate will possess the below skills and qualifications and be ready to handle all responsibilities independently and professionally.

Responsibilities
  • Provides Tier 1 and Tier 2 support enabling rapid incident/event resolution.
  • Performs support via constant, centralized monitoring, technical troubleshooting, remote resolution, and incident management to ensure the availability and accessibility of production systems.
  • Coordinates and directs vendor support for incidents that must be elevated beyond Tier 2 expertise for resolution.
  • Monitors Unix servers and interface database servers.
  • First responder to system alarms/errors.
Qualifications

Clearance Required: Active TS/SCI with CI poly.

Degree and Years of Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus at least 3 years of experience.

Required Certifications: IAT Level II (Security+)
