We are looking for A-Players who have experience in onsite management of residential kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects with homeowners, and who are looking for generous bonus opportunities second to none!

Your Responsibilities as Field Supervisor:
  • You will report directly to our Operations Manager
  • As our Field Supervisor on residential kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects, you would be responsible for creating an exceptional client experience for every client and planning and supervising projects from start to finish
  • Your responsibilities would include:
    • Creating an exceptional client experience and earn a 5-Star Google Review
    • Measuring at the project site to order project materials
    • Ordering and coordinating the timely delivery of project materials
    • Managing our warehouse, including logging and labeling all incoming shipments and properly organizing them and ensuring all project materials are sorted and accounted for prior to installation
    • Over-communicating with clients and install teams, including scheduling the installation and sending the client a detailed schedule of their project one week prior to the start date
    • Managing and coordinating the day-to-day field work to ensure it is conducted according to our Client Service Trustpoints, within the scope of the proposal and our gross profit margin, within the client investment range, and compliant with safety codes and ordinances
    • Inspecting the completion of the project and forward feedback to the Project Manager, the Operations Manager, the General Manager, and/or other teammates
    • Running multiple project sites effectively, efficiently, and safely
  • Recruiting installer teams (1099s and W-2s)
  • Participating in Operations Team meetings
Our Requirements:
  • Onsite Field Supervisor experience with residential kitchen and bathroom remodeling
  • Strong problem-solving skills and effectiveness at communicating project details and potential challenges to team members and clients
  • Schedule:
    • Work full-time, Monday-Friday
      • Three days per week office day in Canton office for team building and warehouse management
    • Available to occasionally work late or weekend hours to complete projects in a timely fashion
  • Three references from previous supervisors
  • Positive attitude and high energy!
  • Strong character guided by a good moral compass. Always do the right thing!
