Bathroom Remodel Apprentice

Location: Phoenix, AZ
Job Type: Full-Time (In-Person)
Pay: $16.00–$20.00 per hour (DOE)
Travel: Up to 25%

Re-Bath is growing and looking for motivated individuals who want to learn a skilled trade and build a long-term career in bathroom remodeling.

If you're dependable, hardworking, and ready to gain hands-on experience alongside professional installers, this is your opportunity to grow into a Lead Installer role over time.

What You'll Do & Learn:

  • Assist with demolition
  • Support basic plumbing tasks
  • Tile preparation and installation
  • Drywall hanging and finishing
  • Carpentry and cabinetry installation
  • Painting and general finishing work
  • Maintain clean, organized job sites
  • Interact professionally with customers

No experience? No problem. We're willing to train the right candidate who shows up ready to learn.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to pass a 50-state background check and drug screen
  • Valid driver's license and clear MVR
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% (paid hotels + per diem when applicable)
  • Professional appearance and customer-friendly demeanor
  • Dependable and punctual

  • Own truck (strongly preferred)
  • 6+ months of remodeling, construction, or trade experience
