Summary
We are looking for a hardworking, dependable, and motivated Construction Remodel Helper to join our renovation team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in construction and remodeling while learning hands-on skills from an experienced crew.
No extensive experience is required — we are willing to train the right person who has a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn. The ideal candidate is a team player, takes pride in their work, shows up consistently, and has reliable transportation to and from our shop & job sites.
Our weekly schedule is Monday through Thursday, 10-hour shifts. (7:00 - 5:30)
Key Responsibilities
Assist the remodeling team with a variety of residential renovation tasks, including:
- Demolition and job site preparation
- Basic framing and carpentry assistance
- Flooring installation assistance (LVP, tile, etc.)
- Painting, caulking, and finish work
- Material handling and tool organization
- Job site cleanup and maintaining a safe work environment
Additional responsibilities include:
- Safely operating hand and power tools
- Following instructions from project leads and supervisors
- Working collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently
- Communicating project needs, material shortages, or concerns to supervisors
- Learning new construction and remodeling skills on the job
Requirements
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Reliable transportation to and from job sites
Clean driving record
Ability to work well as part of a team
Positive attitude and dependable attendance
Ability to perform physically demanding work and lift heavy materials
Basic familiarity with hand and power tools is helpful, but not required
Construction or remodeling experience is a plus, but not necessary
