Summary

We are looking for a hardworking, dependable, and motivated Construction Remodel Helper to join our renovation team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in construction and remodeling while learning hands-on skills from an experienced crew.

No extensive experience is required — we are willing to train the right person who has a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn. The ideal candidate is a team player, takes pride in their work, shows up consistently, and has reliable transportation to and from our shop & job sites.

Our weekly schedule is Monday through Thursday, 10-hour shifts. (7:00 - 5:30)

Key Responsibilities

Assist the remodeling team with a variety of residential renovation tasks, including:

  • Demolition and job site preparation
  • Basic framing and carpentry assistance
  • Flooring installation assistance (LVP, tile, etc.)
  • Painting, caulking, and finish work
  • Material handling and tool organization
  • Job site cleanup and maintaining a safe work environment

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Safely operating hand and power tools
  • Following instructions from project leads and supervisors
  • Working collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently
  • Communicating project needs, material shortages, or concerns to supervisors
  • Learning new construction and remodeling skills on the job
Requirements
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Reliable transportation to and from job sites
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to work well as part of a team
  • Positive attitude and dependable attendance
  • Ability to perform physically demanding work and lift heavy materials
