Position Overview
Remodel Now is seeking an experienced Installation Manager to oversee bathroom remodeling projects from start to finish. This role is responsible for managing installation crews, coordinating schedules, ensuring quality control, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in residential remodeling operations. This is a leadership role that ensures every project meets Remodel Nowโ€™s standards for quality and customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities
Project & Installation Management
  • Oversee daily bathroom installation operations and scheduling
  • Manage and coordinate installers, subcontractors, and vendors
  • Conduct pre-installation site visits and job walkthroughs
  • Ensure materials are ordered, delivered, and ready for installation
  • Monitor project timelines and adjust schedules as needed
  • Perform final inspections to ensure quality standards are met
  • Address and resolve installation issues promptly
  • Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Team Leadership
