-Full Time Nights 
-Traveling position covering locations in Illinois, Wisconsin, and Michigan
-$20 -$22/hr based on experience
-Supervisory experience required

Do you have two years of experience working as a reset merchandiser with Serv-U-Success? Do you have a proven track record on large-scale remodel and reset services? If so, the Reset Coordinator position at Serv-U-Success may be the right job for you. Teamwork and relationship building are the drivers of success within our business.
 
As a Reset Coordinator you will assume the responsibility for finding and developing talent, planning, managing, and executing all aspects of Remodel, Major Reset/Reflow, and New Store Opening services with support from the Store Managers, Flagship Store Managers, Regional Directors, and Project Services corporate team.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Help to ensure the Remodel, Major Reset/Reflow, and New Store Opening projects and services are set up for success by printing and organizing materials.
  • Understand projects and timing and work with the Store Manager to schedule each week's work to ensure accurate schedule completion and the best-utilizing resources available.
  • Coordinate with Customer Remodel Coordinator and Construction teams to ensure schedules are maintained and project resources are available for in-store work.
  • Plan labor requirements according to Project Estimated budgets by coordinating available store labor, Flex Team labor, On-Demand resources, and other supplemental labor resources.
  • Develop network of relationships with staffing resources to support the labor and scheduling needs for various projects.
  • Train, guide and develop Store Representatives, Assistant Store Managers, and On-Demand Taskers in the execution of reset projects according to core processes and project specifications.
  • Function as the "Manager on Duty" in the absence of, or in collaboration with the Store Manager, assuring proper staffing and prioritizing work needing completion.
Additional Requirements:
  • Reliable and regular attendance in the stores. Work cannot be performed remotely.
  • May be asked to travel to a different location(s), without delay.
  • Read, understand, and follow all Serv-U policies and standard operating procedures as outlined in the electronic Employee Handbook and Visual Work Instructions.
  • Work professionally with team members, our Customer's guests, and other vendors
  • Must be able to perform the essential duties of this job with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • May be assigned other responsibilities and projects as necessary.
Qualifications:
  • Associates Degree in a related field or comparable education/work experience required.
  • At least two years with Serv-U-Success with a proven track record on large-scale remodel and reset services.
  • Certified Retail Professional designation and certification is strongly preferred.
  • Utilize technology - primarily personal devices (a weekly phone stipend is provided).
  • Open availability - able to work both weekdays and weekends as well as holidays.
  • Demonstrated ability and desire to build and lead teams in a positive work environment.
  • Must be 18 years old with a valid driver's license, proof of car insurance, preferably primary coverage, and no major violations or DUIs
