D&D HOME REMODELING is a family-owned design-build residential remodeling company specializing in kitchens, bathrooms, whole-home renovations, additions, and ADUs. The team brings together design, planning, and execution to help homeowners create spaces that are both functional and thoughtfully finished.

This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys bringing structure to the design process while helping clients move confidently through important decisions. As an Interior Design Coordinator, you will support residential remodeling projects by connecting client preferences, design intent, and project execution, working closely with internal teams and external partners to keep deliverables clear, organized, and moving forward.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate client selections for finishes, fixtures, furnishings, and materials across projects.
  • Prepare mood boards, design presentations, and specification packages for client approval.
  • Track project timelines, design deliverables, and vendor orders to keep work on schedule.
  • Collaborate with designers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure accurate project execution.
  • Maintain organized design documentation, budgets, and revision records for multiple active projects.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience coordinating interior design projects, including client selections and client-facing deliverables.
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar interior design software tools.
  • Knowledge of residential remodeling, including finishes, fixtures, materials, and remodeling processes.
  • Experience managing project coordination workflows, including timelines, budgets, revisions, and vendor communication.
  • Experience collaborating with contractors, suppliers, and internal design teams.
