Job description

Seeking a career oriented, experienced sales professional, ideally in the kitchen and bath remodel industry. Knowledge of construction and/or remodeling helpful, but not required.

Requirements: Self-starter, eager to learn and excel. Possess strong customer service skills, communicate in English, (other languages helpful but not required). Strong follow-up skills. Learn all product lines (countertop materials and cupboard brands) including all special features, colors, styles, etc. Learn in house quoting software.

Your Responsibilities: Your Responsibilities: Set appointments to view customer projects. Be on-time. Understand the customer's project needs and budget. Provide creative design ideas utilizing our products to maximize customer satisfaction. Explain our product lines and features to customers. Draw a simple layout of the proposed customer job. Some math required for accurate measuring of customer jobs. Provide accurate and detailed product information to the customer. Use in-house quoting software to price customer jobs. Deliver the customer's quote, obtain signed contract and secure payment. Identify customer timing for job completion, coordinate and schedule the job with our installation contractors. Follow-up with the customer during and after job completion.

Must have: Reliable transportation to access customer job sites, take measurements and work at our retail office location.

Income is based on your performance, Base salary plus commission, anticipated income range $50-$100K/year. One week paid time off (sick or flex) accrued as you work.
