Are you a self-starter with a passion for building relationships and delivering results?
Join Wilson Lumber Company, where our mission is to build a successful company that upholds Christlike principles and inspires people to grow. We're looking for a Senior Outside Sales Representative to develop strong partnerships with local builders and remodelers, sell lumber and building materials, and help fuel our growth in the Huntsville area.

What You’ll Do

What You Bring

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a team-oriented mindset
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and able to thrive with minimal supervision
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Working knowledge of Bistrack is a plus
  • Experience in the construction industry is highly desirable

Education & Experience

  • College degree preferred, but not required
  • Previous B2B sales experience is a plus
  • Hands-on construction or building materials experience strongly preferred

Additional Requirements

  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk frequently throughout the workday
  • Comfortable working in varied environments, including production settings
  • Must be adaptable and willing to take on additional job-related duties as needed

Why Join Wilson Lumber?

  • Family-owned company with over 70 years of local service
  • Competitive base salary plus performance-based incentives
  • Full benefits package including health, dental, vision, and 401(k)
  • A values-driven culture where people matter
  • Opportunities for professional growth and development
