Job description

Maughan Design & Remodel is seeking a Project Support Specialist to join our team!

You will work alongside our Design team to ensure the smooth implementation of project support systems, including: answering phones, creating jobsite binders, receiving, inspecting and delivering materials, printing and assembling document sets, maintaining showroom and samples, placing and tracking orders, fulfilling research requests and various additional tasks as requested by the Design team.

Qualifications:

  • Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
  • Familiarity with computers and Microsoft Office Suite or Google Docs, including Excel, Word, and OneNote. AI familiarity and willingness to grow with AI skills a high plus.
  • Strong customer care ethic; polished phone etiquette
  • Cheerful, can-do demeanor under pressure
  • Able to meet deadlines and understand time-sensitivity / order of tasks
