General Job Summary:

Move Managers (MM) are like “wedding planners of a move,” coordinating all details of the transition while working side-by-side with team members. They provide leadership and end-to-end accountability for managing clients’ move. MMs collaborate directly with the client, and with the support of the management team, they strive to create a seamless and stress-free experience for our clients.

Qualifications:

  • Compassionate and client-centered approach

  • Ability to complete physical work on a regular basis and carry out occasional long days with the goal of completing a job (no heavy lifting).

  • Perform basic math for estimating and billing.

  • Excellent customer service and client relations skills.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills. Excel at multi-tasking.

  • Strong critical thinking and critical thinking skills

  • Ability to maintain a sense of calm in a demanding environment.

  • Good collaborator and team player.

  • Effective communication and follow-up, both verbal and written.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordination of all aspects of the client’s move.

  • Timely response to client's initial request.

  • Travel to and from clients’ residences and all subsequent appointments related to the client's move.

  • Measure, assess and layout floorplans for the new living environment.
