About WellRive

As part of Corporate Relocation International (CRI), WellRive specializes in easing the transition for clients who are moving or downsizing—especially older adults and their families. We go beyond moving boxes: our team provides complete planning, packing, unpacking, and home staging services to ensure every move is smooth and stress-free. Our positive reputation is built on integrity, kindness, and attention to detail, and we’re proud to create peace of mind for those navigating big life changes

About the Role: Move Assistant

Move Assistants play an essential, hands-on role in making each client’s moving experience smooth, supportive, and positive. This includes carefully packing and unpacking personal belongings, organizing and setting up new living spaces so clients feel comfortable right away. Working closely under the guidance of a Move Manager, Move Assistants are the heart of the client experience—reassuring, attentive, and detail-oriented. Their efforts foster trust and comfort, making what could be a difficult day into a hopeful and even uplifting transition.

What You’ll Do:

  • Pack and unpack clients' belongings safely and thoughtfully under the guidance of a Move Manager
  • Help settle clients into their new spaces by hanging pictures, making beds, and organizing cabinets—creating a welcoming, lived-in feeling from day one
  • Report reliably to assigned job locations and adapt to varying project schedules
  • Work professionally with team members and clients in a compassionate, respectful manner
  • Strive to provide a positive, stress-free experience for every client
  • Collaborate closely as part of a supportive team

Qualifications:

  • Friendly, caring, and client-centered approach
  • Able to perform regular physical tasks (no heavy lifting required) and handle occasional longer days when needed
  • Calm and empathetic demeanor, especially when clients feel overwhelmed
  • Enjoy working as part of a team and comfortable communicating with people from all walks of life
  • Willingness to learn and approach new situations with a positive attitude
  • Valid driver’s license (required)
  • Smartphone (required)
  • Reliable means of transportation (required)

Why Join WellRive?

  • Flexible, part-time hours—we value work life balance
  • Meaningful work that keeps you active and helps people at important life moments
  • Comprehensive paid training and hands-on orientation so you feel confident in your new role
  • Mileage reimbursement and paid travel time for work-related trips
  • Opportunities to build lasting friendships and connections with fellow team members and clients

Many of our Move Assistants are retirees or individuals looking for additional income with purpose. If you’re seeking a role that values your experience, flexibility, and reliability—and allows you to give back to your community in a meaningful way—WellRive would love to welcome you to our team.

WellRive: People helping people, with care at every step.
