Relocation Specialist for Seniors and Families
Location: La Mesa / San Diego (91941, 92120, 92124) - Part-Time
Caring Transitions of La Mesa is a locally owned and operated franchise dedicated to delivering professional, compassionate, and "White-Glove" services. We help seniors and their families navigate the high-stress journey of relocation, downsizing, and estate liquidation.
We are looking for Relocation Specialists who are more than just "movers"-we need problem-solvers who are patient, organized, and dedicated to honoring a lifetime of memories while helping a client move toward their next chapter.
Key Responsibilities
  • Estate Curation: Sort and organize household goods with care. Identify high-value items (like vintage collectibles or premium home goods) for our online auction platform.
  • Digital Cataloging: Take high-quality, professional photos of items for CTBids and write clear, accurate descriptions to maximize auction results.
  • Precision Packing: Safely pack and unpack household treasures, ensuring a "White-Glove" setup at the new residence that replicates the comfort of their previous home.
  • Logistics & Labor: Lift and move boxes, dรฉcor, and light furniture within the home. Assist in the efficient removal of items for donation or disposal.
  • Shipping & Fulfillment: Prepare and ship items purchased through our online auctions to buyers across the country.
  • Compassionate Interaction: Act as a professional, non-judgmental liaison for seniors and their families during emotionally charged transitions.
  • "Own It" Accountability: Perform diverse tasks as no two days are exactly alike, maintaining a high standard of hospitality and efficiency.
