Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to join our architecture firm in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This role is essential to the successful execution of architectural projects, overseeing all phases from design to construction. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, deep industry knowledge, and is confident managing timelines, teams, and client relationships in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and manage the architectural design process from concept through to completion, ensuring adherence to quality standards, project timeline, and budget.

· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

· Develops projects in coordination with client requirements, specifications and goals.

· Strong knowledge of design and construction methods.

· Outstanding knowledge of construction drawing standards, and code compliance.

· Utilize advanced technology tools such as AutoCAD, Photoshop, and Sketch up

· Coordinate and collaborate with a team of engineers, designers, and construction professionals to deliver integrated and sustainable design solutions.

Ideal requirements:

· Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.

· Licensure preferred

· 7+ years of relevant architectural project experience

· Excellent communication and organizational abilities

· Proficiency in AutoCAD (required)

· Excellent design, computer, technical and graphic skills.
