Job description

Senior Project Manager

Location: Atlanta, GA | Full-time | Onsite


Winter Construction is growing and looing to hire a Senior Project Manager to help lead commercial construction projects across our core markets, including commercial, institutional, hospitality, municipal, education, healthcare, and special projects.


Responsibilities

  • Lead project delivery from preconstruction through close-out
  • Manage internal teams, subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and project documentation
  • Maintain strong communication with owners, architects, consultants, and project teams
  • Support project planning, procurement, financial tracking, and change management
  • Ensure safety, quality, schedule, and financial goals are met


Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience managing projects in at least one of the following sectors: hospitality, government, K-12, higher education, office, commercial interiors, adaptive reuse, or renovation
  • Majority of experience with a commercial general contractor
  • Experience with Procore/CMiC/Bluebeam
  • Experience managing complex commercial construction projects
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Local to Atlanta or open to relocation
