Relocation Coordinator Job Locations: US-VA-Sterling Category: Customer Service Type: Regular Full-Time Overview Join our growing team at MG Moving Services as a Relocation Coordinator. In this role, you will be the primary client contact, guiding them through the relocation process and ensuring their needs are met. You'll play a key role in client satisfaction, boosting sales, and supporting our teams.

This role is a fully remote position. Responsibilities Serve as the primary contact for customers throughout the moving process. Manage communications from initial sale to project completion.

Address customer inquiries and support projects via phone, email, and CRM. Set expectations and enhance the moving experience. Provide on-site support and resolve service issues.

Apply knowledge of industry standards for various types of moves. Assist the sales team and coordinate with third-party vendors. Guide customers through the claims process for damages.

Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent required. Excellent communication skills for customer support. Ability to collaborate with vendors for project success.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Confident, patient, and diplomatic in challenging situations. Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility for rotating Saturday shifts (approximately once per month). Successful background check and drug test required. Pay: $48,000 - $58,000, depending on experience.
