What You'll Do

  • Lead & Close: Guide buyers through the new home sales process with expertise.
  • Sales Development: Continuous training to sharpen your skills and product knowledge.
  • Marketing & Outreach: Build brand awareness and drive traffic through local networking and marketing initiatives.

What We're Looking For

  • Commitment to completing an 8-week training program in Boise, ID, with relocation to Twin Falls, ID required upon completion; relocation support may be available.
  • Availability: Must work onsite, weekends required.ย 
  • Relocatable: Sales professionals willing to relocate to Twin Falls by the end of 2026 for long-term selling opportunities.
  • Experience: 2+ years in sales, customer service, or real estate with a consistent record of high performance.ย 
  • Skills: Excellent communication, relationship-building, and adaptability.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in utilizing presentation software platforms and CRM systems; AI-driven tools are a plus.
  • Education/License: Bachelor's preferred; must obtain a real estate license during training.
  • Other: Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and liability insurance on your vehicle.

What You'll Earn

  • We offer two base salary plus uncapped commission options to fit your goals:
  • $10,000 base with a higher commission rate
  • $40,000 base with a lower commission rate
  • Most new consultants earnย $60,000-$80,000+ in their first year.

Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of application and throughout employment. New Home Star does not provide visa sponsorship or participate in employment-based work authorization sponsorship programs. Remote employment opportunities are limited to states where New Home Star is authorized to employ team members.
