experience lead root-cause investigations and technical issues

knowledge of dfmea, risk / reliability methodologies
ability to analyze technical data and communicate to technical and non-technical
bs in electrical / software / mechanical and experience with embedded systems / electronics / firmware / controls / industrial equipment prefered
experience in industrial / automotive / aerospace / medical device / safety industry prefered
knowledge of reliability , dfr , six sigma prefered
experience using tools such as minitab, jmp and ASQ / six sigma / reliability / quality certifications prefered
quality & reliability to product robustness, reliability and design quality across embedded hardware and firmware-based safety systems
work with engineering, quality, product management, manufacturing, and supply chain to ensure products are designed, tested, and released with exceptional quality and reliability
lead complex investigations, influence product development decisions, champion design for reliability (dfr) practices, performance, reliability and quality issue
conduct and root-cause analysis and mitigate design risks in the product lifecycle
design reviews and ensure quality and reliability are into designs, engineering documentation, verification plans and design outputs
facilitate dfmea and improvements in design robustness and continuous improvement
develop and implement engineering quality metrics and reliability measures
