• Conduct comprehensive assessments and deliver individualized therapy sessions that are specifically tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary care teams to assess client progress and refine treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation that adheres to regulatory standards and reflects the clients' treatment plans and progress.
• Empower clients through a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques that help them develop coping strategies and achieve long-term mental health goals.
• Participate in outreach and professional networking to enhance community resources and establish partnerships that benefit our clients' support systems.

Our clinic serves a diverse population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and other mental health concerns. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will engage with clients from various backgrounds and life experiences, providing culturally competent care that respects and preserves their dignity and individuality. Your expertise will help clients navigate their emotions and challenges, facilitating healing and growth in a compassionate environment.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current active licensure as a LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Pennsylvania is mandatory.
• A minimum of two years of experience in clinical mental health settings is required, showcasing your ability to work with diverse population groups.

• Experience with telehealth platforms and virtual therapy sessions is preferred, as it enables seamless interaction with clients.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other similar methods.
• Previous experience in structured and unstructured therapy settings that cater to different client needs.

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with an attractive benefits package that includes comprehensive health, dental, and life insurance plans.
