Northwest Indiana (Lake, Porter, and LaPorte Counties)

Leading local and national providers of title insurance and escrow services, is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Executive to join their team.

 

About the Role

We’re looking for an organized, enthusiastic, and aggressive sales “hunter” to help manage and expand our real estate referral relationships in Northwest Indiana. This role is ideal for a competitive, career-driven professional who thrives on relationship-building and consultative selling, is self-motivated to succeed, and wants the ability to control their income.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and grow relationships with real estate attorneys, lenders, brokers, investors, builders, and other real estate professionals.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

Present and promote Fidelity National Title’s services through consultative selling and tailored solutions.

Manage and execute a strategic sales plan, ensuring consistent business growth.

Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity.

 

Who We’re Looking For:

At least 2 years of solid B2B sales experience OR extensive experience in the title insurance industry with a passion for sales.

A self-starter with a strong work ethic and a results-driven mindset.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Strong planning and time management abilities.

A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
