About this RoleAs a Donor Relations Coordinator, you'll play a key role in growing and strengthening WTRC's community of supporters. You'll cultivate relationships with individuals, businesses, and organizations, helping inspire generosity that directly supports the life-changing care WTRC provides.
This is more than fundraising-it's about building trust, creating connections, and sharing stories that encourage others to invest in our mission.
What You'll Do- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective donors.
- Meet with individuals, businesses, and community organizations to secure financial support for WTRC.
- Assist in planning, organizing, and executing fundraising events that bring our mission to life.
- Support volunteers and collaborate with teammates to create exceptional donor experiences.
- Conduct tours and represent WTRC throughout the community to increase awareness and engagement.
- Keep donor information current using Raiser's Edge and ensure timely follow-up after meetings and events.
- Make donor thank-you calls and help ensure every supporter feels appreciated.
- Look for new opportunities to expand WTRC's network of community partners and advocates.
