Job description

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented intern to support the development of a new business tracking and reporting capability focused on key performance indicators (KPIs) across commercial operations.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, particularly field sales, to help establish consistent data collection processes, improve reporting accuracy, and generate actionable insights that support business decision-making. This is a high-visibility opportunity to contribute to an important strategic initiative and gain hands-on experience in business operations and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Setup & Enablement

  • Support the development of a centralized tracking and reporting framework

  • Assist in defining and documenting KPI tracking and reporting processes

  • Help build templates, tools, and dashboards for data collection and reporting

Data Collection & Coordination

  • Partner with field sales teams to collect relevant business data

  • Ensure timely, accurate, and consistent submission of required information

  • Serve as a liaison between sales, marketing, and strategy teams

KPI Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track performance against defined KPIs and success metrics

  • Support creation of weekly and monthly dashboards and reports

  • Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities based on data analysis

Analytics & Insights

  • Analyze data and generate actionable insights and recommendations

  • Prepare clear summaries for leadership review

  • Support continuous improvement of reporting processes

Process Improvement

  • Identify inefficiencies in data collection and reporting workflows

  • Recommend improvements to enhance accuracy, scalability, and usability

Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree at an accredited college or university

  • Freshman or Sophomore standing in a 4-year degree program

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI or similar tools is a plus

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment

  • Interest in commercial strategy, operations, or market intelligence

  • Strong interest in business operations, analytics, or data reporting

The intern pay rate for this position is $22.80-$24.22/hour plus eligibility for paid holidays and medicalbenefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay isdetermined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevanteducation or training. During the hiring process, a recruiter can share more about the specific pay rangefor a preferred location.

This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely.
