Job description

HICOM Intelligence Integrator
The Opportunity:
As a defense mission professional, you ask questions others don't. You understand the nuances of complex situations. You use your skills to think bigger and push further, solving complex problems. We're looking for someone like you to help create solutions for missions that keep our nation safe.
What You'll Work On:
  • Integrate into the designated HICOM staff during exercise design and execution to support replication of functions based on scenario requirements.
  • Assist in executing routine functions, such as planning, operations, fires, sustainment, protection, and mission command, during exercises in coordination with training objectives and scenario developments.
  • Provide expert guidance on exercise procedures, operations processes, and unit integration based on extensive institutional knowledge.
  • Support the HICOM in interpreting and applying exercise director guidance, ensuring all actions and decisions align with the overarching training objectives.
  • Participate in scenario development and execution using the Decisive Action Training Environment (DATE), ensuring realistic and doctrinally accurate representation of higher headquarters operations.
  • Advise the HICOM staff on exercise timeline management, battle rhythm integration, and information flow in a simulated operational environment.
  • Facilitate effective coordination and integration with subordinate, adjacent, and higher simulated or live headquarters during training events.
  • Support role-playing requirements or inject development to help drive training audience decision-making.
  • Maintain situational awareness of all exercise activities and ensure realistic command responses to injects and training stimuli.
  • Contribute to after action reviews (AARs) and exercise assessments, identifying key insights for improving training fidelity and effectiveness.

You Have:
  • Experience as a field grade officer, such as a Senior Warrant Officer or Sergeant Major
  • Experience successfully serving in a key developmental position at brigade or battalion level in the Intelligence warfighting function
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Word and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of Army and Joint regulation and publications
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time CONUS or OCONUS
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Graduate of Military Education Level (MEL) 4, CGSC, Warrant Officer Training, or SGM's equivalent

Nice If You Have:
  • Experience as a planner on a division of higher staff
  • Experience as battalion or brigade commander
  • Experience as a warfighting function trainer at the Intermediate Level Education (ILE) or related school
  • Graduate of School of Advanced Military Studies (SAMS)

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
