Assistant ManagerLocation: 1120 SE 3rd ST, Bend, OR, 97702Skills: Pizza Assistant Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team at our Bend location. The ideal candidate will have a passion for pizza and a proven track record of success in a similar role. Leads the opening and closing shifts by supervising and completing all opening and closing tasks while directly reporting to General Managers and Managers. Reporting to them daily updates including out of the norm instances for example heavy machinery failing, inspections and injuries at work site.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the General Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and high-quality foodTrain and develop team members to ensure they are meeting performance expectations
  • Manage inventory and ordering to ensure adequate supplies are on hand
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
  • Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the pizza industry
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

  • Open the store to the public at its given time.
  • Turn on all heavy machinery needed. Counting registers; verifying counts match end of the day counts.
  • Check out safe and assign it to themselves. While assigned fully responsible for the cash handling exchanges until the end of their shift and responsible for transferring the safe to the incoming manager.
  • Verifying Daily including uploading the Daily on the drive once done.
  • Check managing reports to maintain a healthy sheet out stack, pizza rack and dough count according to projections.
  • Oversee employees during their shift.
  • Speak to customers to resolve their requests if needed.
  • Ensure Zenput tasks are completed.
Closing:
  • Make sure the safe counts match with the opening manager. Upon confirmation, assign the safe to oneself.
  • Check managing reports to maintain a healthy sheet out stack, pizza rack and dough count according to projections.
  • Oversee employees during their shift
  • Hands out change to cashiers if needed. Fully responsible for the cash handling exchanges until the end of their shift and responsible for checking in safe at the end of their shift.
  • Speak to customers to resolve their requests if needed.
  • EOD close registers
  • Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed.
  • Ensure Zenput tasks are completed
  • Must be a keyholder. Locks up the store once closed for business and the closing team is ready to depart.
