Full-time | Competitive pay range of $18-24 per hour, based on experience
Our dental office is seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team! We are looking for someone who is dependable, team-oriented, efficient, and passionate about providing exceptional patient care.
Requirements
  • Valid Texas RDA license REQUIRED
  • 1-3+ years of experience in general dentistry REQUIRED
  • Strong chairside assisting skills
  • Excellent communication and patient care abilities
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
  • Experience with Eaglesoft is a plus
  • Knowledge of specialty procedures, including oral surgery, endodontics, implants, and orthodontics, is a plus
  • Ideal Certifications: Coronal Polishing, Radiology, N2O, and EFDA

Responsibilities Include
  • Chairside assisting during general dental procedures
  • Taking digital X-rays and intraoral photos
  • Sterilization and operatory setup/breakdown
  • Assisting with treatment flow and patient education
  • Maintaining accurate clinical notes and records
