Seeking an upbeat, experienced professional to manage and maintain an already excellent team. Ideal candidate will have demonstrated success as a people leader. This is a hybrid (office/home) position based in downtown Sacramento.ย 

The Service Manager - Platform Services is responsible for the success of the daily workflow in the Fulfillment/Online Services department, including Registered Agent services. Guide and train staff, monitor production, ensuring written procedures are updated as processes change to meet FCS quality standards and deadlines. ย This role plays a vital role in supporting functions and tasks of the department, communicating and encouraging the company's Mission and Core Values.ย

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead team and direct workflow to meet the organization's expectations for productivity, quality, and goal accomplishment.
  • Coach, counsel, mentor and develop staff and cross-train within team and other departments.
  • Consciously create a workplace culture that is consistent with the overall organization's and that emphasizes the identified core values of the organization.
  • Plan, evaluate, and improve the efficiency of business processes and procedures to enhance speed, quality, cost/expense ย ย ย ย ย control, efficiency, and output.
  • Review performance data that includes financial and activity reports, to monitor and measure departmental productivity, goal achievement, and overall effectiveness.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years' experience working in an office environment directing workflow, guiding coworkers in a supervisory role
  • Demonstrated success as a people leader
  • Some college or a bachelor's degree in a business-related field
  • Ability to successfully train on procedures and processes and maintain documentationย 
  • High competence of computer applications including full Microsoft Suite and internet searching
