Job description

Wolters Kluwer CT-division provides compliance and registered agent services to our clients. Registered agent services - includes a registered agent location within the state to receive legal and critical business communications and route all service of process legal notifications.

As a Fulfillment Associate, Document Management, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer orders are accurately processed on time. You'll contribute to streamlining order entry, administration, and shipping processes to deliver exceptional customer service. This starting point-level position provides an excellent opportunity to begin a career by supporting the team and learning foundational skills.

In this role, you will report to the Manager, Fulfillment and work from our local office in Wilmington, DE. This is a work from the office with a M-F schedule (8:30 AM-5:00 PM).

Key Responsibilities:

Receive documents (via served, certified, regular mail, etc.) prep, batch and scan said documents sent to CT in our capacity as registered agent as well as interact with process servers, sheriffs and any other individuals delivering documents to CT Offices.

Work collaboratively and directly with internal customers to deliver solutions that exceed customer expectations and minimize customer impacts.

Ability to determine any issues that require escalating and direct to appropriate support teams.

Engage in training to utilize internal systems and tools (e.g., ARROW); and becoming proficient in dashboard management and operating scanning tools.

Adhere to Service of Process standard operating procedures.

Ability to meet the required metric for the position (Production; Quality and Timeliness).

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent. College degree preferred.

1+ years' experience in an office or customer service role. Registered Agent Services, Legal, and Government support experience preferred.

Ability to lift up to 30 Lbs.

Compensation:

$27,700.00 - $46,450.00 USD

Compensation range listed is based on primary location of the position. Actual base salary offer is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skills, experience and actual hiring location.
