Job description

Position Overview:

You will be responsible for calling existing clients to collect annual LLC state fees and registered agent fees. This role involves consistent outbound calling, accurate data entry, and working across multiple software systems. Training is provided, but strong computer proficiency is required.

What You’ll Do:

  • Make outbound calls to clients regarding annual state fees and registered agent renewals

  • Update client records and payment information in our CRM

  • Follow scripts and compliance workflows to ensure accuracy

  • Provide excellent service while helping clients keep their companies active and compliant

  • Manage call logs, notes, and follow-up reminders daily

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience (customer service, administrative, renewal/retention roles, etc.)

  • Sales experience required (comfortable speaking with clients, handling objections, and guiding conversations)

  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly

  • Clear, professional phone communication

  • Organized, dependable, and able to follow structured processes

  • Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week)

Compensation:

  • $20 per hour

  • Full-time, 40 hours/week

  • Stable, long-term position with opportunities for growth
