Job Description:
At Regions, the Regions Business Capital Account Specialist provides direct customer service for clients with cash management and lending structures.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Provides analysis and reporting of client loan and collateral activity
  • Monitors risk by utilizing advanced knowledge of bank policies and procedures
  • Serves as a primary contact and central information source for operational client needs
  • Gathers and communicates initial loan set up data to ensure accurate reporting and customer billing
  • Processes all monetary transactions pertaining to loan advances and payments
  • Maintains strong relationships by providing exceptional customer service for Treasury Management products
  • Works with internal partners to ensure the timely and accurate implementation of all non-credit products and services
  • Provides ongoing service for products and responds to and resolves operating issues to client satisfaction, including on-site visits when necessary
  • Identifies potential risk for operational exposure and ensures risk is properly addressed and reported according to internal guidelines

This position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
This position is incentive eligible.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and four (4) years of banking or operations experience
  • Or High School Diploma or GED and five (5) years of banking or operations experience

Preferences
  • Prior Asset Based Lending experience
  • Experience with multiple bank systems, such as Mainframe
  • Knowledge of Treasury Management products

Skills and Competencies
  • Good computer skills especially with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Proven excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Strong analytical aptitude
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Compensation Details
Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.
The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.

$89,218.50 USD
Incentive Pay Plans:
This role is eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive plan. Employees have the potential to receive a discretionary award based on performance against defined metrics and goals.
