Registered Nurse (RN) works as a resident advocate and services coordinator to ensure that residents health care needs are met in accordance within Oregon regulations. Evaluates, implements, and supervises wellness systems in conjunction with the Executive Director, Wellness Director, and Resident Services Director at the community level.
What Cascade Living and Spring Valley look for in a Registered Nurse (RN) Oversight: - Maintains a current state license as a professional Licensed Registered Nurse (RN)
- Compassionate individuals who will represent our community in a positive and professional manner
- Effective communicator who connects with staff, residents, and their families
- Attitude of ownership with the ability to stay focused despite interruptions throughout the day
- Demonstrate good judgement, problem solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work flexible hours to include evenings and weekends
What you expect to do as a Registered Nurse (RN) Oversight: - Significant change of condition assessments
- Other change of condition assessments as needed
- Service Plan updates related to change of condition
- PRN parameters and other medication related parameters as needed
- Supportive device assessments
- RN Delegation
- Remote support for wellness team as relates to the above tasks
- Interacts directly with associates, residents, resident family members, vendors, and professional contacts within the community
- Promote the mission, values and beliefs of Cascade Living
$105,000 - $115,000/annually *Depending on Experience
