The Job:
The Regional Project Solutions Manager you will be part of the Commercial Field Sales team working as a remote/field employee in the East Region. You will oversee a high performing team responsible for championing SBD's engagement throughout all phases of the construction lifecycle at some of North America's largest data center projects. The PSM team acts as trusted partners to end users, contractors, and subcontractors and is accountable for ensuring SBD's products and services deliver maximum value to ensure exceptional outcomes for all stakeholders from project planning to project completion. This role will:
  • Lead SBD's involvement in large-scale construction projects from pre-construction planning to project closeout, ensuring alignment with customer needs and project milestones.
  • Mentor, develop, and manage a team of Project Solution Managers, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous growth.
  • Establish and manage sales targets and forecasts, devising strategies to achieve double-digit growth while remaining within P&L and T&E budget goals.
  • Build and maintain direct relationships with end users, contractors, and subcontractors, customizing SBD solutions to maximize efficiency, safety, and profitability.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive engagement plans for assigned projects, coordinating SBD resources and internal teams for timely delivery and problem resolution.
  • Identify new opportunities for SBD to add value and enhance customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor project progress, manage budgets, and provide regular updates to leadership on project metrics and SBD's impact.
  • Leverage critical business systems to track opportunities and report on performance.
  • Plan and execute meetings and events to drive engagement and deliver results.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and promote best practices in all project phases.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Engineering, or related field required.
  • Master's degree preferred. Relevant field experience may substitute for higher education.
  • 10+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or construction project management, with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • 3+ years of direct managerial experience leading teams preferred.
  • OSHA10 & OSHA30 certifications preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience managing and executing regional budgets within forecast and allocation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook), SAP, Salesforce.com, and smartphone use.
  • Valid Driver's License and ability to travel up to 60%.

The Total Target Cash Compensation range for this position is $136,500.00 - $219,800.00
