As a Regional Project Manager, you will start of by leading the execution of large-scale, mission-critical building automation project in the ALC West region (Hubbard TX). This role is designed for a top-tier project manager who can step into high-risk, high-visibility projects and ensure successful delivery.

This is a regional-level position is not tied to a specific branch. You could be deployed across Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Colorado, Washington, and Nevada, providing leadership where it is most critical to project success.

The Regional Project Manager will be deployed to projects requiring high-level leadership, recovery, or execution support. Provide on-site presence during critical phases of major projects. Act as a traveling executive-level resource, supporting branches that need additional expertise or leadership.

This role is highly visible and requires the ability to operate at both a strategic and execution level, supporting branch teams while directly influencing outcomes on major projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate as a key extension of ALC West leadership, ensuring consistency in execution in the project (s)
  • Lead execution of a current large, complex, multi-million-dollar project, ensuring alignment with contract, schedule, and customer expectations
  • Take ownership of project financial performance, i.e., EAC development and forecasting, Cost control and margin protection
  • Revenue recognition and billing strategy
  • Provide executive-level oversight on project strategy, risk management, and recovery planning
  • Act as the primary escalation point for customers, general contractors, and internal leadership
  • Drive alignment across project teams, including engineering, field operations, subcontractors, and vendors
  • Step into challenged or high-risk project(s) and lead recovery efforts to bring projects back on track
  • Establish and enforce best practices in project execution, documentation, and communication
  • Lead resource planning in coordination with regional and branch leadership
  • Support critical project phases, i.e., mobilization, first-of-kind startups, commissioning, Customer turnover
  • Mentor and develop Project Managers and field leadership across the region

Basic Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 5+ years of project management experience in Building Automation, HVAC controls, or data center industry

Preferred Qualifications

  • Expertise in project financials, forecasting, and cost control
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder environments, including general contractors and national accounts
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams across multiple locations
  • Experience supporting data center or mission-critical environments
  • Understanding of commissioning processes (L3-L5)
  • Experience with ALC systems (WebCTRL)
  • Proven success in project recovery and turnaround situations
  • Leadership experience mentoring or developing Project Managers

Pay Range

The annual salary for this position is between $96,000.00 - $192,000.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.

Other Compensation

Thisposition is entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
