Parts Manager
Location: Legacy Kia of West Mifflin - West Mifflin, PA
Job Type: Full-Time (Monday - Friday)
Compensation: Commission Pay Plan ($65,000 - $100,000+ per year)
Join a Growing Dealership
Legacy Kia of West Mifflin is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and experienced Parts Manager to lead our Parts Department. We recently completed a full dealership renovation, creating a state-of-the-art facility designed to support both our employees and customers. As our dealership continues to grow, we are looking for a leader who is passionate about inventory management, operational excellence, and delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Parts Department.
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels while minimizing obsolescence and excess inventory.
  • Manage ordering, receiving, stocking, and distribution of parts.
  • Work closely with the Service and Sales Departments to ensure timely parts availability and exceptional internal support.
  • Develop strategies to increase parts sales, improve gross profit, and maximize department performance.
  • Lead, coach, and develop parts department staff.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with OEM representatives and vendors.
  • Monitor inventory turns, phase-in/phase-out programs, and return opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with dealership policies, manufacturer standards, and inventory control procedures.
  • Utilize reporting tools to analyze department performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Dealership Parts Manager or in a leadership role within an automotive parts department.
  • CDK Drive experience is required.
  • Kia dealership experience is a strong plus.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management, purchasing, and parts operations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to analyze reports and make data-driven decisions.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.
