Your day-to-day will be spent:
  • Assessing performance of your portfolio of studios based on revenue, labor, staffing, and key performance trends.
  • Coaching by way of communicating expectations, demonstrating, observing, and follow-up
  • Regular studio visits and validating brand standards, transfer of skills, and delivering an exceptional team member and member experience.
  • Training various technical skills (sales, operations, marketing) and competencies.
  • Scouting talent within the community.
  • Learning and evaluating the market and industry trends.
We’re ready for YOU to join our team if have the minimum qualifications amp; experience outlined below:
  • 2 or more years in a management role in the FITNESS INDUSTRY - preferably multiple location management experience.
  • 3 or more years of multi-unit leadership experience supervising teams of 6 or more individuals.
  • Experience analyzing and executing P amp;L responsibilities.
  • Directly managed the full-cycle of staffing, training and development.
