Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Managing employee schedules, conducting performance reviews, and providing training or coaching.
  • Process Optimization: Identifying workflow bottlenecks and implementing continuous improvement strategies to boost productivity.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and preparing operational reports for executives.
