Key Responsibilities:

Lead regional financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial strategies that support organizationalobjectivesand growth initiatives.
Partner with operational leadership toprovidefinancial insight, performance analysis, and strategic recommendations that inform key business decisions.
Mentor, develop, and supervise finance team members while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and professional excellence.
Present financial results, trends, and strategic recommendations to operational and executive leadership in a clear and actionable manner.
Oversee regional accounting operations, financial controls, compliance activities, and audit readiness to ensureaccurateandGAAP-compliantreporting.
Collaborate with Revenue Cycle leadership to improve revenue recognition practices and enhance consistency, transparency, and reporting accuracy.
Direct the design and continuous improvement of financial processes, systems, dashboards, and reporting tools to increase efficiency and decision support.
Promote soundfinancial management, cost containment, and effective resourceutilizationacross programs and service lines.
Oversee the preparation of financial statements, variance analyses, and performance reporting for internal stakeholders.
Evaluate legislative, regulatory, and market developments and communicate financial risks and opportunities to leadership.
Support strategic initiatives including mergers, affiliations, service expansions, and other organizational growth opportunities through analysis and due diligence.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, ora relatedfield required.
Ten (10) years of progressively responsible finance experience required.
Minimum of five (5) years of leadership experience in financial planning and analysis, business partnership, corporate finance, ora related area.
Demonstratedexpertisein budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial modeling, and cost management.
Experience working within complex, multi-entity organizations preferred.
Master's degree (MBA) preferred.
Professional certification such as CPA or CMA preferred.
Experience presenting financial information and strategic recommendations to executive leadership strongly preferred.

Additional Qualifications:

Current driver's license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance required.
Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
Advanced analytical and strategic thinking abilities with a demonstrated capacity to translate financial data into actionable business insights.
Strong communicationand presentation skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial audiences.
Proven ability to lead organizational change and drive financial process improvements.
Highproficiencywith ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and business intelligence tools.
Strong integrity, sound professional judgment, and commitment to organizationalmissionand values.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Successful completion of background check including criminal record, driving record, and abuse/neglect screening.

Physical Requirements

Remain seated or standing for extended periods ofapproximately 2-4 hours while performing essential job duties.
