ย Our Senior Regional Distribution Manager (SRDM) will be a highly strategic and results-driven leader that can optimize our distribution operations within a fast-paced medical supply environment. This role is responsible for driving high performance across the distribution network, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering critical healthcare products efficiently and reliably. The SRDM brings strong strategic thinking, a continuous improvement mindset, and a proven track record of achieving measurable results.

ย The SRDM is responsible for the leadership of their distribution center and oversees the daily management of personnel within the distribution center. These activities include but may not be limited to receiving product, stocking product, inventory control, order pulling, packing and shipping orders. The SRDM will ensure the companyโ€™s safety, quality, delivery, and inventory objectives are met.ย  The SRDM will ensure adherence to Life-Assistโ€™s commitment to ship orders as promised.

ย The SRDM will be responsible balancing employee workloads, identifying and reporting on opportunities, and providing updates and feedback on personnel and processes. The SRDM will report to the Senior Director of Operations and is considered part of the Senior Leadership team.

Who Are You?

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Bachelorโ€™s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related and/or equivalent combination of experience and education.

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  8โ€“12+ years of progressive experience in distribution, logistics, or supply chain management, preferably in medical supply or regulated industries

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  5+ years of prior management experience

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Experience working with pharmaceuticals a plus

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  CA Designated Representative and/or Florida Certified Designated Representative a plus

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Self-starter, confident in his/her abilities, self-motivated and able to work effectively with limited supervision

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills and the ability to effectively interface with others

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Working knowledge of warehouse/mechanical equipment, performance management, and warehouse management systems

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Strong Leadership skills

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Strong organization and prioritizing skills

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  An attention to details and follows through on assigned tasks and projects

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Proficient at MS Office, MS Excel

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  A can-do attitude with excellent judgment and creative problem-solving skills

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Able to travel up to 10% of the time.
