Job description

About Oasis Security
At Oasis Security, we're redefining how enterprises manage access in the age of AI. Every organization deploying AI agents is taking on access risks they can't yet see, and the tools they've relied on were never built for this. We built Oasis to change that. Backed by Sequoia, Accel, and Craft Ventures, we're trusted by dozens of Fortune 500 companies including S&P Global, Mars, and Nationwide, and we're only getting started.
Why Oasis, why now
The access management category is being rewritten in real time, and Oasis is leading it. The problems are genuinely hard, the company is growing fast, and you're early enough to shape both the product and the team.
Summary
We're looking for a Regional Director to own a region and win in it. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on managing and developing a team of Account Executives, driving execution through the team, and stepping into the most critical deals. You will take ownership of the most important opportunities in your region. There is no fully built machine here. You will help create it.
What You'll Do
  • Build and lead a high-performing enterprise sales team
  • Hire and ramp Account Executives in your region
  • Drive pipeline generation and new logo acquisition
  • Step into critical deals and help drive them to close
  • Establish how the region operates and wins
  • Partner cross-functionally to accelerate growth

What we're looking for
  • Track record of closing large, complex enterprise deals (recent experience required)
  • Cybersecurity experience required; background in identity security is a strong advantage
  • Experience selling to enterprise security buyers (CISO-level)
  • 5+ years of sales management experience
  • Experience managing and developing Account Executives in enterprise environments
  • Strong hands-on leadership style, comfortable coaching deals and driving execution through the team

Why This Role
This is an opportunity to work on a category-defining problem with real enterprise traction.
You'll have full ownership of your region, build the team, and directly shape how Oasis wins in the market.
Equal opportunity
Oasis Security is an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to building a workforce that reflects the world we're securing. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, veteran status, or disability status. Oasis Security does not accept unsolicited headhunter and agency resumes and will not pay any third-party agency or company that does not have a signed agreement with Oasis Security.
