Job Purpose

We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Operations Manager with a deep understanding of analytics and exceptional communication skills to lead our dynamic marketing team. This individual will be responsible for delivering impactful, highly targeted campaigns and initiatives while overseeing marketing strategies across the US, Canada, and EMEA regions. The Marketing Operations Manager will ensure that all directives align with our strategic goals, focusing on ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and ideal partner profiles (IPPs).

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary marketing team, ensuring alignment and collaboration to execute strategic goals with tactical focus.

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement forward-thinking marketing strategies targeting ICPs and IPPs, reinforcing our brand position with a focus on US, Canada, and EMEA markets.

Regional Adaptation: Tailor strategies to address dynamics in each region (US, Canada, and EMEA) while maintaining global brand consistency.

MDF Management: Oversee the claiming and processing of Market Development Funds, ensuring compliance, timely submissions, and effective utilization to support marketing initiatives.

Audience-Centric Marketing: Design and execute directive marketing initiatives with a sharp focus on key audience segments, ensuring relevance and engagement across regions.

Campaign Management: Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, including leveraging analytics to drive performance optimization and measurable outcomes in regional markets.

Performance Tracking: Analyze complex data sets to evaluate marketing strategies, identify opportunities for improvement, and maximize ROI while providing clear, actionable reporting.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders across all regions, communicating strategies and insights with clarity and influence.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

7+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a strategic leadership role.

Proven ability to manage teams, deliver measurable results, and align marketing initiatives with organizational goals.

Deep understanding of analytics, with a strong ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights that drive decision-making. Expertise in ICP/IPP targeting and directive marketing strategies.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting complex strategies and findings to diverse audiences.

Strong understanding of global marketing trends, with demonstrated success across the US, Canada, and EMEA markets.

Analytical mindset with expertise in performance metrics and marketing technologies.

Ability to manage multiple projects and regional campaigns simultaneously with precision.
