The job:
As a Region Coordinator at CBUSA,you'llhelp independent builders increase their profitability by making their business operations smoother and more effective.You'llsupport our regional teams by keeping reportingaccurate, vendor relationships strong, and CBUSA programs running efficiently. Your work directly helps builders access real savings and data-driven insights they can trust. Within a year,you'llhelp streamline market operations and drive improvements that make a measurable difference for our builder members.

Whatyou willdo:

  • Support region leaders by reviewing quarterly data,identifyingtrends, andassistingwith trade partner recruitment.

  • Maintainaccuratemembership records and manage contract documentation for new builders.

  • Plan and coordinate monthly market meetings, ensuring strongbuilderand sponsor engagement.

  • Guide builders and vendors through reporting, discrepancy resolution, and contract submission.

  • Serve as the go-to contact for reporting questions and support customer service and accounting needs.

  • Oversee discrepancy resolution to ensure members receive full credit on purchases.

  • Gather program data from members andassistin managing national contract participation.

  • This role may involve the use of AI tools and technologies to support productivity and decision-making. Employees are expected to apply sound judgment when using AI-generated outputs and remain accountable for the quality and accuracy of their work

Who you are and what you need:

  • Previousexperience in the homebuilding industry required.

  • High school diploma or equivalentrequired; Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • 5+ years of experience in business operations is preferred.

  • Ability to travel locally as business needs require.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, along with Outlook and other web-based tools.
