Position Summary: The Program Account Project Coordinator partners with Gear Up sales representatives and the operations teams to support the needs of our most impactful customers. Key responsibilities of the role include identifying risks, coordinating activities for successful fulfillment, and communicating status updates. The role's primary purpose is to provide the support and exceptional internal and external communication necessary to deliver successful outcomes for large-scale, seasonal customer demand. This role is hands-on, and it will require regular interaction on various technology platforms.

Responsibilities:

· Review customer project requirements from an operations execution lens

· Work closely with the account representative to establish expectations for the successful completion of the project.

· Communicate timelines and requirements to the operations team and coordinate strategies for successful fulfillment.

· Process customer and corresponding supplier orders

· Provide proactive communication with customers and internal stakeholders regarding status updates, stock levels, and milestones

· Foster strong and lasting relationships with internal functional groups servicing the accounts. Your interpersonal skills are key to the success of these relationships and the overall success of the accounts.

· Other projects, as assigned

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

· Comfort using multiple communication methods, including phone, e-mail, live chat, face-to-face, etc.

· Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Proficient with Microsoft Office including intermediate Excel skills and a working knowledge of ERP systems

· Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn a broad array of networking and systems hardware and software

· Strong time management and organizational skills

· Superior decision-making skills, including the ability to quickly understand and analyze new and quickly changing information and situations

· Ability to handle ambiguity and make decisions using available information.

· Overtime is expected during peak season periods

Education and Experience:

· An associate degree or 3 years relevant experience in lieu of a degree is required.

· Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Service, Retail, and/or Sales with a track record of planning and following through on projects

· Demonstrated knowledge of Lean methodologies in production and fulfillment environments

Physical Requirements:

· Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer

· Viewing computer monitors for extended periods of time

· Talking, listening, and typing for extended periods of time

· Ability to kneel, squat, bend, and lift to 25 pounds
