Our rehabilitation facility in South River, NJ is designed to provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere. • Conduct thorough evaluations, including a comprehensive review of patient history, performance assessments, and documentation of findings to form a precise treatment plan.
• Communicate assessment results and treatment strategies to patients and their families, involving them in setting achievable health goals.
• Implement treatment protocols with a focus on individualized care, adapting approaches based on patient progress and changes in their conditions.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to address patient needs, recognizing when modifications to the care plan are necessary.
• Manage appropriate discharge planning and follow-up care, ensuring timely and accurate documentation of patient progress and interventions in accordance with evolving healthcare standards.
• Demonstrate effective time management skills by maintaining a full patient schedule while meeting productivity benchmarks.
• Engage in hospital and community marketing initiatives to promote the services offered by our facility.
• Contribute to departmental growth by participating in goal setting and adhering to regulatory standards.
• Pursue continuing education opportunities to enhance personal competencies and contribute to the overall knowledge base of our organization, serving as a mentor for students in clinical placements.
• Advocate for patient access to care, actively participating in initiatives aimed at improving patient experience through flexibility and responsiveness.

Our facility primarily serves a diverse outpatient population, including individuals recovering from surgery, sports injuries, neurological conditions, and chronic pain. You will have the opportunity to apply various therapeutic approaches tailored to each patient's specific needs, ensuring optimal recovery pathways and the enhancement of functional abilities.

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• A valid state physical therapy license to practice in New Jersey.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association.

• While a minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting is preferred, new graduates who demonstrate a strong commitment to patient care and professional growth are encouraged to apply.

The annual salary for the position ranges from $100,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
