• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop tailored therapeutic strategies for clients.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions including, but not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions as well as one-on-one counseling for individuals and families.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive client care and improve treatment outcomes.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training sessions to stay informed about the latest mental health practices.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical environment.
• Strong knowledge of legal and ethical standards in mental health counseling.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building rapport with a diverse clientele.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative healthcare team setting.
• Proficient with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and other relevant technologies.

• Experience in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance use counseling.
• Previous work in community health settings or with marginalized populations.

• Annual salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
