Job description

Looking for a candidate for a Part-Time to Full-Time position with 2 - 5 years experience in Macintosh and Windows Desktop support. Candidate will provide desk side support for Macintosh and Windows computers, Mobile devices and printers for numerous clients in the Atlanta downtown area.

Candidate will be expected to:

• Have excellent people skills

* Have professional appearance

• Provide both hands on, in person and remote support for Macintosh and Windows

• Responsible for troubleshooting desktops, laptops, and mobile devices

• Responsible for imaging, reformatting and installing new applications

• Must be a self starter

• Must have realiable transportation to travel to multiple clients in the Atlanta Metro Area

Skills requirements:

• Must have at least 2+ years of desktop support experience

• Experience in a break/fix role providing hands on support on Mac PC and laptops

• Need to have knowledge of Mac OS and Windows 11

• Must have previous experience troubleshooting iOS and Apple devices

• Experience troubleshooting outlook issues within Mac

• Experience with Office 365, Windows 10, Windows 11 and VPN
