As a Campus Refresh Technician, you'll join a collaborative team ensuring that our clients can deliver their services – uninterrupted. You'll have the opportunity to lead a variety of tasks in the preventive and corrective maintenance on water treatment plants and related facilities equipment. You'll contribute to the success of our program with efficient preventive maintenance and effective solutions to challenges that may arise at the facilities. You'll perform wall and drywall installation and demo, carpet replacement, VCT replacement, acoustical ceiling installation/demo and reconfiguration, painting, and woodworking. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality finishes contributing to the overall aesthetic and functionality of interior spaces and performing other duties as required. Most importantly, you'll take action to ensure the safety, health, and well-being of you and your team.
